Scott Golenbock joined Wachtell Lipton’s corporate department in 2005. His practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Golenbock graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University in 2002. He received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2005, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
