Daniel E. Hemli joined Wachtell Lipton in 2004 as an associate in the antitrust department. Mr. Hemli specializes in advising clients on a range of antitrust issues including those relating to mergers and acquisitions, and representing clients before federal, state and foreign antitrust authorities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hemli was an associate in the Sydney office of Baker & McKenzie.

Mr. Hemli received Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2000. He was awarded a Vanderbilt Fellowship to New York University School of Law in 2004, where he completed a Master of Laws in 2004.

Mr. Hemli is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York State and American Bar Associations.
