Sarah A. Lewis joined the corporate department at Wachtell Lipton as an associate in 2003. Her practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and private equity transactions, and general corporate and securities law matters. Ms. Lewis has worked on both public and private company acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Lewis received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1999, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with General Honors and Departmental Honors in Economics. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003, where she was on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif.

Ms. Lewis is a member of American Bar Association.
