Pamela S. Seymon joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as an associate in 1982 and became a partner in 1989. She specializes in corporate and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Seymon received an A.B. from Wellesley College in 1977 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1982. She was a member of the Journal of International Law and Politics from 1980 to 1981.

Ms. Seymon is a member of the New York City and State Bar associations, and has served on the Committee on Securities Regulation. She also has served on the Board of Trustees of the New York University School of Law.
