Carmen Woo joined Wachtell Lipton’s corporate department in 2005. Ms. Woo’s practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions and corporate matters.

Ms. Woo received a B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2002. She received a J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
